As a Powerlifting Instructor I am equipped to assist you in building foundational strength using three key compound movements (The Bench Press, The Squat and The Deadlift). 

By mastering these three movements you will feel and move better in your daily life, reduce your risk of injury, crush your strength goals and build a top-tier physique.

Nutritionist

As a Nutritionist I am dedicated to improving your quality of life outside of the gym as well as within. I understand how the body metabolizes food for fuel, muscle development and fat loss, I know what to eat to maximize your health and how to implement that knowledge daily. I will point you in the right direction to transform your body and see inspirational changes.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach I use my understanding and knowledge of movement to help athletes of all ages and skill levels, as well as their coaches, with specific performance-based niches. I apply appropriate periodization in their programming to ensure their desired goal is reached, whether that be to improve overall fitness, develop a particular skill or improve sports performance. 

I understand how the body adapts to stress and recovers.  I am capable of monitoring mental and physical fatigue to ensure the athlete's progression while keeping the chance of injury to a minimum.

ISSA Bodybuilding Specialist

When most individuals think about the sport of bodybuilding, images of big, dumb guys grunting and throwing weight around are often conjured up. This could not be further from the truth! Serious bodybuilders are part athlete, part scientist, and part artist. As an ISSA student working towards my certification in this area, I can provide training, recovery, motivational, and nutritional strategies to help you achieve maximal muscle growth and optimize physical appearance.

The ISSA Master Trainer credential is awarded only to distinguished ISSA Certified Trainers who have proven their competence in personal training and developed expertise in five additional areas of concentration through specialization certifications. This esteemed knowledge means personalized programs and targeted results for any type of client.

Tactical Conditioning is strategically applying strength and conditioning principles to become more effective in the line of duty. Whether you are looking to begin a career in firefighting, law enforcement or military service; or perhaps just want enhance your performance to do better and be better for yourself and the people you serve. "I GOT YOUR SIX!" 

I have personal military experience in the United States Marine Corpse and ISSA prepared me with the knowledge and proper tools to get you where you want and need to be.
